Owner and founder, John Kramer, began auctioneering in 1967 and branched into Real Estate with his wife Cheryl in 1976. Today, along with their son, Curt, they are on the cutting edge of the Real Estate and Auction business.

The office is located in the historic Metro Theatre, which has been renovated to accommodate their Real Estate offices along with Southwestern Wisconsin's premiere auction gallery in the old theatre section of the building.

They specialize in Real Estate in Crawford, Grant and Vernon counties, selling residential properties as well as recreational and working farms. Their auction business consists of farm, household, R.E., and antique auctions. Throughout the winter months they specialize in quality antique, firearms and sporting auctions, which they hold inside the auction gallery.
